Excellent experience! This was my second time using Brothers. This time I had them do more extensive work because my first experience was so good. Technician arrived on time and took detailed notes as to what needed to be done in each room and did what I requested. He was able to remove stains from the carpet that the last cleaner could not remove. I had him vacuum first as dog hair has been a problem. We are very satisfied and will call Brothers again! The technician arrived on time, and went over the scope of the work prior to starting. We discussed what he would do, and he did exactly that!
